Eric's Law Of Extension Cords

I'm hereby laying claim to what shall hereafter be known as "Eric's Law".

Eric's Law: no matter how you wrap up or lay down an extension cord longer than 25', you will be able to pull it no more than half the length of the cord before it will form into some sort of knot that will not be able to get out simply by pulling harder.

1st Corollary to Eric's Law: this knot will happen such that the cord will reach just 5' less than you need.

2nd Corollary to Eric's Law: You will pull harder anyways, thereby making the knot worse.
